Vardan O. Vardanyan studied physics at the Yerevan State University. In 2010 he obtained his Bachelor Degree with Honour under supervision of Prof. Vladimir F. Morozov working on DNA conformation theory. In 2013 he was provided with scholarship to study at Ben-Gurion University. He joined the group of Prof. Isaak Rubinstein and Prof. Boris Zaltzman to work on Poisson-Boltzmann Theory, in particular the analysis of the Electrical Double Layer width in terms of total mass of added salt. In 2015 Vardan obtained his MSci degree. The same year he joined the group of Prof. Olga I. Vinogradova as a PhD student. Vardan is currently working on theory and mesoscale computer simulations of electrophoresis of microgel particles.
